Bench Press Weigh-in 9 a.m.
Dead Lift Weigh-in 9 a.m. or 12:30 p.m.
Bench Press Competition 10 a.m.–
Dead Lift Competition 1:30 p.m.


Trophies awarded to top 3 contestant in class:
    Women
  • Under 145 lbs.
  • 145 lbs. and over
    Men
  • Under age 16, under 160 lbs.
  • Under age 16, 161 lbs. and over
  • Age 16 and up, 160–180 lbs.
  • Age 16 and up, 181 lbs. or more
  • Masters, Age 35–44
  • Masters, Age 45–54
  • Masters, Age 55 & up

Competitor Entry Fee
Individual, Bench Press OR Dead Lift (one event) $20
Individual, Bench Press AND Dead Lift (both events) $30
Team, Bench Press (5 or more lifters) $15/lifter
Bench Press Team Member ALSO doing Individual Dead Lift $25/lifter total

Spectator Admission Fee
Age 12 and up $2/person
Age 11 and under $1/person
