Key Partnerships/Organizations: Howard Village, Cudahy- St. Francis Interfaith Neighborhood Outreach Program, Southeast Interfaith Neighborhood Outreach Program, Sisters of St. Francis Assisi, Bay View Community Center, Beulah Brinton Community Center, St. John Lutheran Church/Aurora Parish Nurse, Universal American, MDFC, Home Instead, Canticle Court, Alzheimer's Association of Southeastern Wisconsin, Marian Center, Unity Lutheran Church, VSA of Wisconsin, Visiting Angels and residents.

Activities as of December 2010:

  • Development of a guide for transportation resources
  • Production of a bookmark style resource guide called "Where to Turn" for older adults
  • Creation of a community by community listing of resources for older adults
  • Hosting of candidate forums associated with state elections
