It is the mission of the Department of Administrative Services to provide high quality and responsive support services in the areas of budgeting, financial and strategic planning; procurement; risk management, information technology and management of information resources; economic development; provision of community resources for people with disabilities; design, implementation and monitoring of the disadvantaged business enterprise program (DBE) and facilities management.
The Department of Administrative Services consists of the major divisions of Performance, Strategy and Budget (previously known as Fiscal Affairs), Risk Management, Economic Development, Facilities Management (which includes Architectural, Engineering & Environmental Services sections), Procurement, IMSD (Information Managment Services Division); Office for Persons with Disabilities (OPD) and Community Business Development Partners (CBDP).
