100 Tree Plantings




In celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the Parks, 100 trees were planted in parks throughout Milwaukee County. Commemorative plaques were placed in the parks marked with icons on the map at left.

This foresight will ensure thriving green spaces for years to come.

  • 8 spruce at Menomonee River Parkway

  • 2 Ash, 2 Fir, White Spruce, Hackberry, Honeylocust, and Bur Oak at Brown Deer Park
